Refund Policy

We believe in keeping things fair.

If you decide you do not want to continue with your project and request a refund, we will refund the unused portion of your payment.

There is one important thing to understand.

When we start working on your website, we may use part of your payment to purchase or access third party tools, software, hosting resources, assets, or other services required to build your website.

These costs are already incurred for your project and are not refundable.

Here is an example.

We will not keep the amount without proof.

If requested, we will provide the relevant invoice or bill for the third party tool or service purchased for your project.

What gets refunded?

Your unused service charges.

What is not refunded?

Third party costs already paid for or used for your project.

This includes tools, software, hosting resources, paid assets, or other project specific services where the cost has already been incurred.

We believe you should only pay for what has already been used for your project, and we should not charge you for work or services you have not received.
