Feeding the website's data into the Google Business Profile
This is the part most agencies skip. We treated the website as the source of truth and pushed every piece of it back into the Google Business Profile: identical NAP details, the same service names and descriptions, the same area terms, the same photos, plus the website linked from the profile and the profile linked from the site. Every service page got matching GBP service entries and Google Posts pointing straight to it, with LocalBusiness structured data on the site confirming the exact same facts.
